crossfit rockland is truly the best crossfit gym around. i have tried the other local crossfit gyms and they really don't compare. definitely check out crossfit rockland. Rob, the owner, really knows what he is doing. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health, fitness, and how to train properly. Julie, the manager and head coach, is the best trainer I have ever met. She makes the whole crossfit experience incredible. They are definitely the reason I am still a member after almost 4 years!

Once you get how uniquely satisfying crossfit exercise is, you'll get why Crossfit Rockland is such a special place. I've trained at a few Crossfit boxes, but none where the physical and mental demands of Crossfit are always challenged by the owner Rob and his coaches. They will get you hooked in to their dedication and you will want to be there all the time. Sometimes its really hard work but the payoff is amazing to your well being. IF you are even thinking about Crossfit, just try it at Crossfit Rockland!
